Our Story

We started in 2017 because of a desire from my mom to make her natural soaps. I had never felt any attraction in this art even though I was creative and liked doing manual things. Because of her wishes I took a course with a soap artisan and that's when I fell in love and my passion for this world so full of opportunities to create was born. Certainly making soap is not like making a sponge cake, it takes a process, studies, testing and discarding, until we get to our recipe, which we said "this is the one we like", it was not overnight. One fine day we made a small batch of six soaps and to our surprise and in 20 minutes they were sold. We began to make orders for one taste or another and there we realized that the matter was serious. That same year I certified myself as an artisan. There Maola was born, but Maola had to find a last name and that was when we created Maola Pure Essence. Our business grew and along with it our desire to learn more every day. When the business was more or less taking its personality the disease knocked on the door in my family, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. She did not give up, nor did we. The whole day was dedicated to my mother and the nights to Maola, it was there when we created, studied and made tests so that the products were of the best possible quality. Thank God my mom improves and after three months the disease returns to knock on our door, my husband was diagnosed with a Undifferentiated Pleomophic Sarcoma, stage 3 and extremely aggressive, there we had to stop all production because the picture was not the best. Maola was paused, but not our desire to continue with the project that God put in our hands. My husband's treatments started away from our house, so we had to pack and be close to his doctors. Maola, opened and for now I was back to the break, at Christmas my husband had a serious, it was there when I thought that Maola had already come to an end because my family was above anything. Everything improves and we return to produce, our customers always waited for us. Today and my husband finished all his treatment, Maola returned and is in a production capacity of 40,000 soaps per month, with a view to increasing that amount. In addition to all the other products we produce. Right now we can tell you that in spite of any adversity there is no big or small dream that can not be fulfilled. This is why I wanted to capture our history, dreams are not always easy to fulfill, but if our center is God in everything, we can overcome each test, in the end life is a teaching. Thanks to you who have become our family, without your support and your wishes and prayers Maola would not be where you are right now. Here we are, Consenting your senses ...
